A heart-centered Third Series class that pairs long, timed holds with clear progressions. We open with a reading on the “two hearts” (the physical and pure consciousness) and then train steady presence through extended holds in Upward Dog, Śalabhāsana (4 min), Supta Vīrāsana, Bhēkāsana variants, and Uṣṭrāsana with wall/blocks. From there, we add a one-minute Laghuvajrāsana, two rounds of Viparīta Daṇḍāsana holds, and stepwise Hanumanāsana work (block, wall, upright and fold variations). Standing, we develop Natarājāsana with strap and two-hand catches, refining the “upright chest + long back leg” line. The capstone is a baby Viparīta Daṇḍāsana tic-tac: learning the smooth arc—arch, micro-bend knees, touch wall, push off—first from headstand, then as a continuous ground-to-ground gesture, and finally a handstand taste. Throughout, emphasis stays on rooted limbs, bowing spine, breath-led stillness, and carrying dynamism into immovable spots.
