Day 2 focuses on solving balance challenges using Samasthiti, Vrksasana, and Ardha Baddha Padmottanasana to refine alignment and prepare for Sirsasana. You'll build strength in the arms and upper body while learning to align your joints along a vertical axis—from pelvic floor to crown. We continue developing a stable, supportive foundation for Head Balance and introduce fun, focused prep drills to help you lift into vertical. The class ends with the Crouch and Spring—an essential exercise for learning to come up into Sirsasana with control.
