In this introductory video, David explains how Ashtanga: Short & Strong is designed to help you practice consistently and sustainably using a full library of 50 short practices and 50 workout-style drills. You’ll learn how to plug in time-specific, follow-along classes ranging from 10 to 50 minutes, some with traditional Sanskrit vinyasa count and others with more detailed verbal cueing, plus drill sessions organized in simple groupings you can repeat with integrity. As you move through the material, you’ll not only have ready-made practices, but also start to absorb how to customize your own sequences, explore foundational actions, and move beyond the rigid idea that you must repeat the hardest version of everything every day to progress.
