A breath-first Second Series workshop that turns setup poses into breathing seats. We chant So-Hum, sharpen Ujjāyī, and weave gentle mouth-breaths (every 4–5 cycles) to re-ignite sound, length, and control. Explore: a deep squat with arm variations and twist pulses synced to “so/hum”; Daṇḍāsana as “long limbs = long breath”; Krounchāsana prep and Vīrāsana/half-lotus combos with upright and twisting options; and an active Bharadvajasana seat—jumped into with a true crouch-and-spring. Add kumbhaka after exhale with Uḍḍīyāna (chin lowered, belly flying up) to feel bandha mechanics, then translate that to Pādahastāsana (legs root ↔ arms pull) and an upside-down version in headstand.
